Parent approval

Parent Approval Chore App

Let children mark chores complete, then check the work yourself before any progress or reward coins are confirmed.

Keep the final decision with the parent

A completion button is useful because it tells you a job is ready to review. It should not automatically decide that the task was finished properly or that a reward has been earned.

Parent Quest adds a quick parent check between those two steps. You can review the chore, approve it when you are satisfied and keep the outcome consistent with the rules in your own home.

Completed does not mean approved. The child can submit the chore, but the parent confirms whether it should count.

Quick questions

Why does Parent Quest use a Parent PIN?

The PIN helps keep approval and protected parent actions under adult control.

Can children approve their own chores?

No. Approval is intended to remain with the parent or guardian.

Does approval have to be complicated?

No. It is designed as a quick parent check before progress is confirmed.
