Make the process easier to follow and review

Digital Clock-In System works best when the organisation starts with the real daily routine and uses the app to make that routine easier to record. For the worker, the expected action is to complete a clear booking-on or booking-off action at the right time. That instruction should be explained during onboarding, including what to do when a phone, account or connection problem gets in the way.

The manager does not merely need a list of taps. They need to identify missing endings, unusual durations and records needing correction, using the beginning and end of each recorded attendance period while also considering when and where the booking was made. A short test with the real team is worthwhile before the process becomes part of everyday operations.

Clocking in and out still needs sensible review. A booking record supports review but does not automatically explain every workplace circumstance.
